Checked-in visits waiting over 30 minutes

Care needs coordination.
Administration should help.
Connect arrivals, appointment queues, room readiness and billing follow-up. Understand the administrative picture, inspect its records and prepare a reviewed booking change.
Fictional administrative baseline
Past visits still marked Scheduled
Rooms marked Available
Outstanding balances · fictional invoices
24 appointments = 8 completed + 6 checked in + 8 scheduled + 2 cancelled. These figures are synthetic starting conditions. Elapsed waiting is not clinical acuity; payment status does not determine care priority.
The operating challenge
One visit.
Several administrative handoffs.
Front desk sees the arrival. Operations sees the consultation-room status. Billing sees the invoice. When those records are separated, staff spend time finding context before they can coordinate the next step.
Interactive coordination desk
Inspect the administrative queue.
Keep its meaning clear.
Explore fictional waiting records, arrival reviews, rooms and invoice follow-up. Each queue has a defined rule. The preview is deterministic; it does not run a language model.

Administrative questions, grounded answers
Give each team
a clearer starting point.
Which statuses need checking?
Inspect recorded check-ins and past Scheduled appointments. Arrival review is not a confirmed no-show; waiting time is not a triage score.
What is recorded ready?
Read room states and provider windows, then confirm readiness with the responsible team. Recorded availability is not a guarantee of service.
Which invoices need follow-up?
Separate outstanding balances from balances past their due time. The standalone app restricts financial figures to billing and operations-management roles.
Reviewed booking changes
Propose a time.
Check it before changing it.
Validate the proposed slot
Only a Scheduled appointment can change. The proposed time must be future, fit the provider window and avoid overlapping bookings.
Keep a person in control
Only front desk and operations-management roles can propose the change. A person explicitly confirms the simulation. A real workflow also needs patient agreement.
Keep the before and after
Confirmation rechecks the role, record revision and proposal. An audit records the actor and booking change. No real patient is contacted.
Value to measure
More useful context.
Fewer administrative gaps.
Measure time to prepare the clinic briefing, unresolved arrival statuses, booking conflicts and the completeness of reviewed changes. A production implementation would connect approved scheduling, facilities and billing systems with real identity, permissions and durable auditing.
This demonstration makes no claim about clinical outcomes, waiting-time reduction or recovered revenue. Such results require a real baseline and evaluated operational changes.
Discuss your administrative workflows ↗Evidence and boundaries
Clear records.
Clear responsibilities.
All records are synthetic. The fixed clock is 10 October 2026, 10:00 WAT. Waiting is elapsed time after recorded check-in. Arrival review means a past appointment remains Scheduled. Outstanding balance equals the invoice amount minus recorded payment; ₦55,000 of the ₦70,000 balance is past its due time.
Demo-role switching is not production authentication. Session resets discard simulated changes. The model cannot commit a booking, send a reminder, collect payment or make a clinical recommendation.
