A familiar school setting

From the morning register
to the next lesson.

Crestfield College is a fictional co-educational Lagos secondary school with JSS1–SS3, three arms per level, 40 learners per class, 504 day learners and 216 boarders. The demonstration includes 40 staff references, 72 upcoming lesson slots, 720 term invoices and 60 applications.

The principal needs the operating picture. Administration needs complete registers and lesson cover. The bursar needs payment context. Admissions needs the missing paperwork. The agent connects these questions to their source records.

Illustrative records: No real school or learner data is used. Term invoices itemise tuition, boarding and approved discounts, and retain instalment due dates. Amounts do not represent the fees of any real school.

Operating questions with evidence

Give each team
a more useful starting point.

01 · School office

Which registers need verification?

Separate recorded absences, late arrival and unmarked entries. Prepare neutral parent-message drafts after verifying context; the agent never sends them.

02 · Bursar

Which balances need follow-up?

Read net term invoices, discounts and payment arrangements. The standalone app restricts fee records to leadership and the bursar; fees do not explain absence causes.

03 · Admissions

What paperwork is still missing?

Read document completeness without ranking learners or making acceptance decisions. The school retains its admissions process.

Reviewed lesson cover

Check eligibility.
Check the period.
Keep staff in control.

01 · Prepare

Start with an uncovered lesson

Inspect the subject, class and future period. A proposal checks recorded subject eligibility, staff availability and timetable overlap.

02 · Review

Require a staff decision

Only leadership and school administration can prepare cover. The model has no commit tool. A person reviews and confirms the simulation.

03 · Record

Preserve the before and after

Confirmation rechecks role, revision and proposal. The session audit records the assignment. No real timetable is changed and no staff member is notified.

Try after deployment: Prepare SB-L001 with SB-T03 in Action Lab. An already-assigned teacher for that period is rejected.

Value to measure

Less searching for context.
Clearer administrative follow-through.

Measure time to prepare the school briefing, incomplete-register resolution, time to arrange approved lesson cover and admissions-document completeness. Outcome improvements need a real baseline; the demonstration makes no claim about attendance gains or recovered fees.

The starting design targets established Nigerian secondary schools. Primary schools, school groups and other education organisations would adapt the calendars, permissions and workflows to their own setting.

Evidence and boundaries

Clear records.
Responsible interpretation.

The fixed clock is 9 October 2026, 10:00 WAT. Learner and staff references are fictional; no names or contacts are included. Follow-up rules do not label learners or infer behaviour, safeguarding concerns or reasons for absence. Financial balances do not determine entitlement to instruction.

Demo-role switching illustrates tool permissions, not production authentication. A real implementation requires approved school-system integrations, verified recipients, appropriate governance and durable auditing. Session reset discards simulated changes.
